I found this amazing looking cauliflower at the weekly market. Nature creates some weird things doesn't it.In your opinion, whats the craziest thing that nature has ever produced? Consciousness?
Or wait, did consiousness produce nature???

Consciousness is nature, or more appropriately, nature is consciousness
Who are you, you anonymous person?
I think that consciousness came first - then nature. I think that consciousness evolves nature. Think about it, you have creation - you have evolution, consciuosness may well be the bridge between the two! Consciounsness may drive the evolutionary changes by virtue of awareness of need.
