Wet Dreams
For about a year now I've been having reccuring dreams about large expanses of water. Either I'm swimming in it, standing next to it looking in, or its flooding all over. A few nights ago I had a dream where I was in an apartment alone, and I looked out the window and could see only water from my window up until the horizon, and it was rising up past my front door so I couldn't get out. I wasn't even scared, I was just annoyed.

Annoyance is an interesting response.
In a book about dream interpretation, it says this about dreams involving water:
Water is usually taken in dreams to symbolise all that is emotional and feminine. Water can also stand for the dreamer's potential and ability to create a new life in response to their inner urgings.
Deep water signifies either being out of depth or entering your own subconscious. Floods represent the chaotic side of us, which is usually uncontrollable. This side requires attention when it wells up and threatens to overhwelm us.
